OMS 13c job suspended

Hi,

We are configuring OMS 13c and we have created a job and submitted it and OMS reports: Suspended: Target is not Ready

it is an rman-script job which executed without issues on our old OMS 11g. The target is an Oracle databases.

We can see the database in OMS and we can click on it and see (for example) the top activity.

How can I check why the 'Target is not Ready'?
