Stock upload with License plate

Is there a way that License plate can be uploaded for a new warehouse, if the new warehouse is going to be LP enabled

Also what are steps to add License plate to the existing stock in warehouse, if the existing warehouse is going to be LP enabled. The existing warehouse does not have any STUN records.

Need advice on this
