Moving tablespaces to different disk groups - 10.2.0.4

Hi,

We have a 2 node 10g R2 RAC database and we need to move all the data files to a new diskgroup including system/undo/sysaux etc along with application tablespace data files

we would be moving from +DATA diskgroup to +NEWDATA diskgroup

What is the most efficient method to accomplish this task and is there any part that we can do without downtime?
