Transcript sort order on PDF

Are there options in the Batch Transcript - Process Transcript process using Pop Select with External File as Selection Tool to have the PDF get generated in the same order as the file? We have tried using the Additional Options, Print Sort Option and nothing seems to make a difference in how the PDF's are generated.

Our file only contains EMPLID.
