LID Accounts Validation Issue with No Input Rule

My application has cost centres in custom1 and no input rules to restrict postings to only some of these members for various LID accounts. When loading data through FDM, any intersection validation errors relating to these no input rules do not appear on the Intersection Validation report and a goldfish appears for the Validate stage. A dead (grey) fish shows when the data is exported, with lines showing in the process log for the invalid intersections (with the remaining data in the DAT file loaded to the application).

I was just curious to see if anyone else had encountered this problem and if any fix could be applied / was being worked on? I'm not prepared to create new accounts with different custom top members so that the no input rule can be removed and have been told that we have to continue using line item detail accounts (unfortunately).
