Net-Net 3820 Upgrade for SIPREC

What version should we be on to support SIPREC call recording on our HA net-net 3820?

We have the correct licensing for SIPREC installed, but are currently running on SCX6.4.0 MR-3 Build 298 and are unable to provision the session-recording-server.
