E1 9.1 R42800 Sales Update - SDGLC (F4211) - does sales update always use this value?

Does the Sales Update process always pull the SDGLC value from the F4211?    Or can it pull from either the F4111 Ship Confirm Cardex record ILGLPT value?     Are there any other overrides that could occur where the Sales Update would use a different GLC value other than what is in the F4211?
