Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. P31114 Backflush Interactive and Blind mode differences

\We have set up P31114 to process a backflush in blind mode. Parts list (One Item) is set to Issue Code = "B"

When we run the P31114 from P31225 in blind mode (PO Edits 1 = 2) no parts are issued on the parts list.

When we run the P31114 from P31225 in interactive mode (PO Edits 1 = 1) parts list is displayed with appropriate quantity issued.

Why is there a difference in the manner in which these two operate.
