IAF flag disabled in Frozen bucket and record got updated by Update Standard Costs Program

Hi All,

Can any one explain me what causes the IAF flag to be disabled in cst_item_costs table.I could see last updated program is 'Update standard costs'.I suspect update standard costs program itself making this flag 'N',If this is correct on what conditions/criteria IAF flag got updated by Update Standard costs.
