Failed to transfer UBEVER type through omw from PY(28) to PD (38) in JDE 9.2

Hi,

When I'm trying to promote the UBEVER type (for eg R07231!****0001) object it is getting failed from PY to PD. But from DV to PY it is successful.

OMW Error log:

Error - Action: Transfer called for:

    Project: ***-**-0001

    Object: R07231!***0001

    Type: UBEVER

by User: JDE returned Error: 47.

OMW Object Type UBEVER, Object ID R07231!****0001 transfer failed.

In JDEDebug log:

Exiting JDB_InsertTable with Success (Table F98211)

Jan 06 07:38:10.372001 - 3868/2304 WRK:Starting jdeCallObject         Failed to transfer specs for the version, R07231|STS0001.

Jan 06 07:38:10.372002 - 3868/2304 WRK:Starting jdeCallObject         Finished transferring R07231|***0001 in OMWProject::MiniChangeProjectStatus() with return code 47

I verified activity rules (for 28 ->38) it is proper and I verified the OL tables (F9860, F9861) all are proper.
