APP-WSH-228447: Pick Release online has partially completed Issue

I am facing two issues with pick release for an item of sales order: Getting a note while pick releasing the order 'APP-WSH-228447: Pick Release online has partially completed. The move order 13057 could not be completely transacted. Please complete processing the move order in the transact move order form.' But the move order is not generated. The pick release concurrent completed in error.

Another issue is - The pick release is successful only when future requested date is entered. but even though the message displays that pick release completed successful the item status is ready to release.

The item is not sub-inventory restricted and the inventory period is also open. Please suggest.
