loadHier job fails with Database lock

Hi,

loadHier job failed with the error can not obtain lock on the data/hmain.db.

Once we deleted the hmaint.db.lck and re-executed the job it went fine. It was the regular run of the batches and we here and there see this db lock issue. What causes this database lock issue. Can we modify basic RPAS parameters to get rid of this?

Wanted to know that which process caused this database lock (how can we find reason) or is it that we are doing something wrong during the batch execution or during the users access of the workbooks.
