Information about configuring the XML file for LRT

Hello,
Information about configuring the XML file for LRT.
I would like to manage a 4-digit numbering only (39xx), in the XML file
With the same prefix start as another type of dialing.
The user (39) is already managed and cannot be deleted.
When I call the 39xx (4 digits only); I must follow another route than the
route for User (39).
[xx = [00-99]]
Is it possible to manage a user (39xx) to another route?
