Compare File EBS File Versions across environments.

Hi,

I have 2 EBS environments,  The data from the first environment has been cloned into the second environment several times over the past several months.  The application however has not been cloned into the second environment.  Is there anyway for me to compare the file versions across the environments - that is can I extract the file name and version from the first environment and compare it to those from the second environment?
