where do I set up the two digit tax code for CS/FS combined state and federal 1099 tax reporting? I

where do I set up the two digit tax code for CS/FS combined state and federal 1099 tax reporting?  I see the "reporting code" field on the supplier site record by the LOV is empty?

Is it a DFF?

A lookup?

A setting?
