FDMEE import step timing

Hello Experts,
We are observing a strange behavior with FDMEE import step. We are loading same file, same location at different time and we see high time in "import" step. Other step take consolidation, transform takes same time.
Problem is significant as we load 50+ files every 2 hours. It is full load. This behavior is observed with many files inconsistently. It is always "import" step.
Here is extract from process details logs of both loads,
Log extract 1: It takes 26 seconds to reach start import step
from 3:13:44 to 3:14:10.
