Unable to login to smart view and workspace
Hi,
Need your thoughts/assistance on below scenarios:
Environment:
1. We are on Hyperion 11.1.2.3.500 installed in single server. All Hyperion services are up and running. Recently restarted all services
2. User (MSAD) credentials are correct.
Issues:
Scenario1: In the recent days(10 days agao), users were unable to login to smart view intermittently, but able to login to workspace to access forms etc., Also noticed that when I login to smart view only 3 (out of 5) applications were showing , however after sometime I could see all 5 planning apps ( in this case no action was taken to fix).
Also today noticed users are unable to login to workspace & smart view both intermittently. No action taken, after sometime users are able to login to smart view. Need to fix as it's interrupting business activities.
