Receipt and memos are not being applied with Transactions (Application issue in receivables)

Hello All,

We have upgraded our oracle version from 12.1.3 to 12.2.5 and we are experiencing the APPLICATION ISSUE of Transactions with receipts and memos, which means when we apply transaction and save them in application window, nothing is being saved.

We have also raised SR but we are not getting any correct patch to resolve this issue as we are live on PROD INSTANCE and this issue is so severe.

Guys Kindly help me !!!!
