Landed Cost added in Selling Cost

When we make the "sales order"  for an imported item, will it calculate the Unit Cost in Sales Order "with Landed Cost" or "without Landed cost"?

for example we have one item having purchasing cost "10" and its landed cost is "0.01" so when we Make a "sales order(P4210)" for this item either it will calculate the unit cost as "10" or "10.01"
