R3002Z1I error Bill of Material Already Exists

The following error is thrown when the component is also a parent.

If Parent A has child B, C, D.

B is also a parent of X, Y, Z

When running R3002Z1I it adds Parent B and its components successfully but fails with the below error when trying to add parent A and its components B, C, D.

Subject       : Error: Bill of Material Already Exists f

CAUSE . . . . A bill of material was found for the entered item.  A new bill

              cannot be created if it already exists.  Using the entered

              Item, Branch/Plant, Type Bill of Material, and Batch Quantity
