While Checking Quality Sample at the Level of Specification if the range Get exceed it shows Betwee

Dear sir

when i doing the Quality check of Batch when i goes to Specification when the Value get exceed to the Range of test it always shows

Between the specification Minimum -0.1 and Specification Maximum 5.

or

2) between the Test Minimum -0.1 and Test maximum 5

in this case while Sample Evaluation i cant do Reject i must accept the Sample by putting the value between the Given Range. So Please help me to solve this issue.

Please Kindly Give me any solution to solve this error.
