Oracle DB tuning

Hello All,

We are setting up JDE 9.2 with Oracle 12c database on windows platform. We are getting ora-0020 error.

I went through couple of solutions like: Database Connection Issue in P4312 (Case Study) in Oracle DB (Doc ID 860712.1)

but did not find a way to calculate value process parameter at db level. Please suggest on following:

  1. performance recommendations for oracle DB 12c with E1 9.2
  2. how to calculate value for Process?
  3. what are dependent parameters of process if any?
  4. monitoring suggestions to keep tab on such issues
