How to set attributes using IBY_FNDCPT_SETUP_PUB.SET_PAYER_INSTR_ASSIGMENTS

Hi,

I have a requirement to capture attribute2 and attribute3 in iby_pmt_instr_uses_all table while creating a bank account for customer. I would like to know, how we can achieve this using

IBY_FNDCPT_SETUP_PUB.SET_PAYER_INSTR_ASSIGMENTS. I do not see any of the record type has attributes defined.
