Ship_from_org_id is getting changed using defaulting rules

Hi All,

We have a requirement to update the ship_to_org_id for few orders at line level. We are using oe_order_pub.process_order to achieve this. But somehow, ship_from_org_id of corresponding line is getting changed through defaulting rules setup. Can you please let us know how to restrict the flow from going to the defaulting rule setup.
