OM: Exchange offer business flow- like amazon/flipkart

Hi Experts,

Please advise - if there is any standard process flow in oracle Order management r12 for exchange offer scenario - Where a company gives some discount on new product in exchange of old product..exactly like amazon/flipkart where you buy a new mobile in exchange of old one..

This old product will be used by company for refurbishing/ harvesting..
