How to assign components based on component width?

I am implementing work-order less completions for our client for a manufacturing process, where they feed in a huge roll of paper to a machine. The roll of paper is slit width wise and multiple rolls of smaller widths are produced.

Is there a way where we can assign the lot of the component (the huge paper roll) based on the item width as all the consumption are recorded in Oracle in lot quantity which is nothing but the length of the roll.

However we need to know how much exact length and width is being consumed for making each small roll. Since the same huge roll is making multiple small rolls at the same time, the length input for all the smaller rolls are the same and hence width is the decisive factor.
