Factory Overhead Allocation in OPM

Dear Experts,

Please advice if you have any solution on below scenario:

Org: A IS OPM ENABLE

Org: B is discrete org

Product xyz produce by batch in a period in org A in period Dec'16

product xyz transfer from A to B org in Dec'16 after produce and then sale from org B in Dec'16.

At the month end user noticed that, factory overhead (electricity, gas, water, direct labour etc) is 1000 usd.

How can user allocate factory overhead 1000 usd to those product which produce during dec'16 period?
