Any way to increase the interactive-maximum CDR extract (1000 records) in OCOM/Palladion?
Using the GUI in Oracle Communications Operations Monitor (OCOM) you can download in CSV format up to 1000 Call Detail Records (CDRs). While helpful, sometimes our users want to grab larger chucks of a filtered-query, e.g. calls ending in SIP '200', calls with MOS < 4.00, etc. Is there anyway to increase that interactive limit to over 1000 records. Yes, I recongnize this mode of extraction can be slow and impacts othe OCOM users but still it would be nice to increase that artificial 1000 record limit. Thanks.
