Printing W2's with BI Publisher - Want 2 of same name on one page

We are using BI Publisher for the first time to print our W2s instead of ordering the forms.  However, when running R07884 Version XJDE0004BI the results are one employee per form instead of 2 as the name would suggest (Laser W2 2UP Print Copies 1,2,B,C and D).  So each printed page is showing two different names instead of the same name with 2 copies of the W2 that are needed.  Can someone help point me in the right direction?
