How to remove shared mode in SQLITE db

P6 crashed while I had a SQLite db open and I had to delete the user session using SQLite Expert Personal. This worked fine and I have access to the db, but in shared mode, i.e. the warning comes up everytime I schedule the project. If it was  

If it was a SQL or XE db I could run the sys_monitor and data_monitor to clean this up, but it seems these are not available in SQLite. Does anyone know how to do this or is there an alternative?
