iReceivable integration with third party vendor for credit card payments

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) Question

Dear AR & iReceivable Guru:

We are currently on Oracle EBS release 12.1.3 with database at version 11.2.0.3.

We are in process of implementing  iReceivable using PayPal PayFlow credit card gateway. However facing issue that we need to connect through TLS 1.1 to Paypal cc gateway. Since we are

on oracle database release 11.2.0.3 we can not connect to TLS 1.1 or greater. We need to upgrade our database to higher oracle database release.

I have the following questions:

  1- Based on our current EBS release and Database version what other credit card gateway payment processing can we use to over come our current issue?

  2- Are there any oracle supported vendor that implement tokenization as part of credit card payment processing?
