Transaction failure after ship confirmation

Hi,

Recently we suffered a problem after R42500 unsuccessful. There is remaining record in F47132(not purged). I found a very useful document in this site - ID 625613.1 The error in this document is as same as we had. But I do not quite understand the statement below. Does it mean Oracle has already work out the solution when a commit failure has occurred?
