BI publisher Runtime value issue after CS 9.2 upgrade

After Campus Solution 9.2 upgrade the Runtime value in the BI publisher reports are displaying the value in Pacific time, we want to display in the Eastern standard  time, Runtime is  a  PS system variable and we don't want to change of  our delivered reports, any idea how to fix this issue. Thank you.
