p60 self services process for uk employees in 12.1.3

We have standard process p60 self services "report", this is standard report , this output. we have impacted nearly 2000 users. we have changed output location from /usr/tmp other location, due to this we are unable to get the ouput.

if any one come across this type issue, please share it. it will appropriated.   HR: Intermediate File Output Storage Folder this profile values we have changed ,but still output is not generating in the new location.
