Migrating to JDE OnP to OPC with Error when export system tables to XML

experts,

I attampt to migration JDE9.2 Onp to OPC base on the Migrating
to a JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Release 9.2 Multi Tier Deployment on Oracle Compute
Cloud Instances

I faced the error "Export System Tables to XML - [R98403XA,SJDE0002]"  when running Execute Oracle cloud Migration Utility on On-Premise Deployment Server.

For the Tables included data,,message is "Copy failed"
