SLM - Switching On

Hi All,

My apologies if I am missing something that is staring me in the face, but I am at a client who is at 12.2.4, and I cannot seem to 'switch on' SLM. I have
only previously worked with 12.1.3 and after setting up the profile options was able to see all of the SLM related details straight away.

The licence seems to be okay, the DBA sent the screenshot in the attached.

I have setup all of the profile options but when I go to Supplier Management Administrator->Supplier Qualification and Evaluation->Negotiations
everything I see refers to Negotiations and RFIs.  If I go to create a new
