How to view SR (Teleservice) Attachements from Depot Repair Responsibilty

Problem Description

Hello,

our user want to view Attachements from a specific SR opened in Teleservice but under Depot repair respo.

The Depot repair user opens a separat SR, so in our process there is no link to the Teleservice SR.

The screnario is as follows:

The repair technician create a SR Header with Repair Order in Depot repair.

He want to review Attachements which are under a different SR in Teleservice.

The Use know this relevant SR from attached repair paper or from a boundary system.

In our scenario Customer Request (SR, Teleservice) and Repair process a separat processes.
