Asset merge

Dear Team,

Can we transfer one asset  to another asset. My requirement is I have 3 assets like A Rs 5000,B Rs 5000,C Rs 25000 now want to merge A,B to C, so C asset cost would be Rs 35000, is it possible, if yes please let me know the process.
