SSHR- Missing My Information

Hi All,

1- We have Configured SSHR apps.
2- After configuration , we have downloaded SSHR Apps on Tablet.
3- When we open the apps and when we click on "My Information" , we get error as below
  " Person Record not found . Please Contact your system Administrator"

4- We have checked followings:

   4.1) In SSHR Application > My Employee Information Function Under Employment Tab Name Value Is Missing.
   (Doc ID 1675745.1).

   4.2) Manager Self Service Responsibility > My Employee Information
          We found that our user "Operations" does exits on this.
