US PAY: GRE Totals and W2 Register Wages Does not Match for almost all GRE's

Hi,

We are running Payroll Year End Process -2016 and part of our process includes running PYE Jobs consisting of GRE totals report, W2 register report etc. Our GRE totals report and W2 Register Report would not agree and we ran Generate Run Balance Report for 9 balances that contribute to the GRE totals report. The totals for all balances agreed this time except for "Fed Wages, Tips, Other", we ran the Generate Run Balances (Which ran for 30 hours) for all balances at group level but the totals still do not agree. GRE totals report matches the Federal State Tax
