Change potency in BOM using ECO

1. i have a BOM in which I need to change the potency of a component from 100 to zero. I have raised a ECO, in partlist I have added the component item and in related items I have added the parent item, I am able to see the quantity and other fields, but the potency column is not available.

Please let me know how to change the potency in a BOM using ECO
