Does Siebel has any process builtin to send email for activating new user?

Hi,

We are using Siebel eService (IP2015). There is a requirement to send activation link via email to the user once registered and the link should expire in 4 hrs. Is there any out of box process available to achieve this requirement in Siebel ?
