'you have no Access to stack trace' error in otm

Hi,

  When ever i get an error in 6:3.1 OTM i sued to check stack trace for details and resolve. in 6:4.1  when i  tried  to do that i am getting an error "you have no Access to stack trace". did something  changed in 6.4.1? This is  important for us.
