P0411 and As of Report

I have run R04901A report as of 31/12/2016, and then I run R04413C

R04413C shows a total of  1,734,850.46 open balance which is aligned with my TB of trade payable for the same period

However; when Inquiring Supplier Ledger Inquiry P0411 for GL Date up to 31/12/2016 the open amounts is different

what could be the reason and how can it be solved
