Hi ,

I am Not able to process invoice from interface to base table . After running payable import program the invoices are getting stuck in oracle interface table with error message :

ZX_TAX_RATE_NOT_EFFECTIVE .

Now i have checked the tax code , Tax rate code in Ebizz Tax. All looks good. Tax is enabled , rate code is active and not end dated . But still invoice is stuck in interface rejection table . It is happening from past 2 months . Supplier site set up also looks fine. GST Tax code added in the supplier set up .   Will really appreciate if anyone please help me out with this . I have given error snapshot below
