Get data from global temporary table

Hi,
In a report query, there is a global temporary table
When I have run the query using oracle sql developer, It doesn't show any data in that table.

But when I run the report from oracle system it outputs the data in the report
But the values in the report are incorrect
So I want to access temporary global variable through sql developer
Is it possible or how to see data in that type of table

I'm using Oracle EBS R12
