12c: Move CRS Diskgroup To New DiskGroup

hi:

   We have installed 12.0.1.2 RAC.But CRS Diskgroup type choice error："extern"。

   We Hope to be able to change into type "normal". Cannot modify Diskgroup type，must create new diskgroup type ‘normal’.

   How to move 12c CRS Diskgroup to New?
