ODA 12.1.2.6.0 X5-2 Infiniband fix and DNS

The Infiniband fix for virtualized ODA X5-2 included in patch level 12.1.2.6.0 adds new IP networks and addresses to the Infiniband interconnect.

However, it won't add any /etc/hosts entries for the new IPs.

This caused an issue with a customer whose DNS responds very slowly (and with a SERVFAIL error code) to any query that does not match a DNS zone that is actually in use on site. It caused a significant slowdown to all oakd/oakcli operations, as apparently oakd and/or its child processes attempt to resolve the names of any oakd-related connections.

The reason for such DNS behavior was apparently some local security solution (possibly an audit/compliance thing) and could not be easily changed.
