PA_PO_INVALID_FINISH_DATE MESSAGE MISSING IN FND_NEW_MESSAGES

In our system we are missing the message 'PA_PO_INVALID_FINISH_DATE'.  I have created an SR for this problem but they are not able to give the message_text for this message.

Can anybody else give me the message_text for this message.
