Adjustement Price on Sales

Hi Guys, i need your help.

I'm using JDE 9.0, here in order to manage the sales price, we are using the "Adjustement Schedule" mapped in the Customer Master.

Then we load the Adjustment Schedule related, with all price information.

I don't know why, for one customer, is not retreiving the price loaded as adjustment.

What can i check in order to verify that the setup is correct?
